Called client Debbie Gilmore- Fair to verify that she is interested in new roof, tuckpointing, and HVAC in that order of priority. The client informed me that Xavian Roofing from our contractors list was supposed to come out to her home this morning but did not arrive. The client then said they had a contractor that was supposed to come on Friday to bid on the roof as well. I let her know that we would assist and try to find another contractor, so she had bids to compare.

Xavian Roofing never reached back out to her after they missed their appointment. The client said that she would like to receive at least two additional bids for her roof before she picks a contractor. The client would like help finding the two additional contractors. Client Debbie Gilmore-Fair called back to return a call I gave her on the 22nd . I informed the client that we reached out to Meridian Roofing and Xavian Roofing to provide her with two additional roofing quotes ads she requested. The client informed me that she had not heard from either of the contractors and I informed that we would contact the contractors again to inquire about when they would reach out to her. The client stressed that she wants to be informed before the contractors show up.

Talked with Debbie at 3:44PM and she informed me that she doesn’t answer numbers she doesn’t know but I told her we will tell contractors to leave her a voicemail and she will return their phone call. I told her if we needed to ask for direct numbers from the contractors we can. @Aminhan Lobster

Spoke with client Debbie Gilmore-Fair and let her know that Meridian Roofing and Xavier Roofing should be reaching out soon. In addition I gave her the phone numbers so that she could look out for them when they called. She said she would inform us when she speaks to them.

Client called and let us know that we should be expecting a call from Xavier Roofing because he needed to fix the address on the bid that was previously given. She said that he also said that he would communicate a start date for the project to us.

Called client Debbie Gilmore-Fair and informed the client that we spoke with their contractor Xavian Roofing. I informed the client that the contractor was not able to fulfil his initial start date because the client did not receive his deposit. The contractor was not able to receive his deposit because he did not sign all the necessary paperwork in order to receive it. Brian spoke with the contractor from Xavian Roofing and reiterated that we needed all the paperwork before a deposit could be processed.
